I’ve worked with many large scale businesses (Telstra, Woolworths and VicRoads), but nothing beats sewing into the community by working with local businesses.
Working as an independent consultant gives me the ability to offer a personalised product, as well as continuity of engagement - two important values for me.
I have all the relevant qualifications in HR and other workplace education (ask if you’re interested) but I find that experience is always the greatest teacher. My key learnings have been on the job, working in areas such as recruitment, training, management and customer service.
